2. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
Upmyth integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Users must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy at all times. Key requirements:

- Use only Meta-approved message templates for outbound campaign messages
- Honour opt-out requests immediately — do not re-contact users who have unsubscribed
- Do not send promotional messages disguised as transactional messages
- Do not send bulk messages to purchased, scraped, or unverified contact lists
3. Prohibited Message Types
The following message types are strictly prohibited on Upmyth:
- Unsolicited promotional or marketing messages
- Messages sent to contacts who have not provided consent
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Content that violates applicable laws (including TRAI regulations in India)
- Phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any kind
4. Enforcement
Upmyth monitors messaging behaviour for signs of abuse. Violations may result in:
- Immediate suspension of WhatsApp sending capabilities
- Termination of the workspace without refund
- Reporting to Meta, which may result in permanent ban of your WhatsApp Business Account
