• WhatsApp message content processed through Meta's Cloud API

• To send transactional emails (OTPs, notifications, billing)
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Each workspace is isolated in its own database schema. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and store WhatsApp access tokens using Fernet symmetric encryption.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for Upmyth's standard grace period, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.

6. Third-Party Services

Upmyth integrates with:

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — message delivery
• SendGrid / SMTP provider — transactional email
• Telephony / IVR provider — call recording (when enabled)

These providers have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required to provide the service.
